About me:
Mom of 3 (oldest is a teen, youngest is 5). 35. Starting to get that slower middle age metabolism. Workout 5-6x a week. I like HIIT. Bodyrock. Zuzka Light. Sometimes I do weights but that's on the back burner right now thanks to an oil tank malfunction in early fall that still has our basement is a state of disarray. All my workouts are at home workouts.
Also, IBS. Lots of fruit and veg are triggers so I am "bad" at getting enough. Shrug. Calories in vs calories out is my goal.
4 cats. I like to read. Atheist (no praying for willpower here). Great dislike of the idea of food as a "treat". "Cheat days" is a phrase that makes me bristle. Yuck.
Uh....that's all I can think of. Feel free to ask more if you'd like.
