Pretty darned close to every vegetable or fruit, except avocados.7

What exactly are you looking for? There's really no such thing as "healthy/unhealthy carbs".
Pretty much all grains and startches: bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, etc, are high in carbs and low in fat.5 -
Yeah, seconding both of the above. Not sure why carbs without (more than a tiny bit) fat would be hard to find.
Of course, I've been known to be sinful (kidding) and cook my veg in fat. I made an amazing broccoli and potato soup for brunch today (it also had carrots, onion, and garlic) that included butter and a little feta (would have been cheddar but I was using what I had on hand). I thought it was both healthy and high carb, but shrug.4 -
Adding to my earlier comment: OP, I hope you're asking this because you're easily hitting your fat goal, not because you're trying to cut fat way, way down?
You know we need fats for health and nutrition, right? We need them to absorb fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), for smooth digestive throughput, for cellular health, for hormone balance, and more. I think 0.35-0.45g daily per pound of healthy goal weight is a good minimum. Treating the MFP default as a minimum is usually fine, for most people.
Fats are calorie dense, but literally an essential nutrient.8 -
What @AnnPT77 said - for example the vitamins in salad are mostly fat soluble, and a little olive oil based dressing is healthy and helps absorption. If you’re used to it the other way, it can take a while to learn to enjoy a little dressing instead of drowning your salad, or a little butter instead of piling a potato with every fat on earth, but I’ve found that I got used to it and now prefer it this way.
My favorite high carb foods include sweet potato, steel cut oats, and quinoa. I’m diabetic and have to limit portions, but these spike my blood sugar much less than refined carbs such as rice or bread. I also had a bulgur wheat based meal the other day and my sugar was surprisingly low afterwards.1
