HELP NEEDED WITH MACRO SPLIT'S.

Hi all, im trying to determine what my best macro split is. Im male, 5ft 11in and 12 stone 2 pounds. My goal is to increase muscle mass while staying lean but am struggling with my macro splits. Im currently 40% protein, 30% carbs, and 30% fat. Any help will be appreciated???

.8 grams of protein per lb of body weight is a quick easy way to estimate. At least. 35 grams of fat per lb of body weight. The rest carbs or whatever you prefer. You can increase protein but will get minimal benefit above the amount above.
Honestly, as long as you are getting adequate protein and fat, the rest is just not that critical and should be driven by performance and preference. Your lifting program is far more critical.1
