After a bad weekend (seems more frequent in the summer or during the holidays) I think I need more accountability/kick in the butt to get me back on track. So here's a check in spot for anyone who wants to post their day (food&exercise) who don't make it public 24/7
So far...
FOOD:
1c raisin bran w/half cup skim
10 almonds

EXERCISE (tonight)

20 min walk (lunch)
