Apple seems to be most accurate for what exactly?
Steps, reading HR, estimating calories?
It doesn't sync correctly with MFP, I'll throw out that fact.
Sends the wrong figures, so you have to use a go-between like Pacer to get them to MFP.2 -
While I love my apple watch...I hate it for fitness tracking. It never syncs correctly. It says one calorie burn number and an exercise time and MFP will say something different. I notice in a lot of my friends they have a calorie adjustment used from their watches but it doesn't work well with an apple watch.
If you don't want it for a cellular watch then I would go with another model. If you are going to use it for all the other things that it does then pick it.0 -
