So I am training for a half marathon and had an 11 mile run today. I have NO desire to eat anything... just not hungry. In fact, I haven't even gotten my daily calories in much less some extra for the workout. I am not really sure what to do and was hoping that you all might be able to offer some advice. THANKS!!!

    It depends.
If you are truly not hungry, don't eat, or maybe only eat a little bit with some protein. Make sure you eat well the rest of the week and and average your appropriate calories this week.
If you don't eat today, and don't eat tomorrow, and think you'll make a bad habit of it, then no.

My rule or thumb is after a five mile or more run, I always drink a protein shake. I never ever ever ever hungry after a run more than eight or so miles, but if I don't eat enough, I see a big difference in my next workout, so I say eat. Especially if you aren't used to running that far. If that's a regular workout, then just listen to your body.
