Great job.
When I see that number it will represent 1985. I am around 1990 right now.5 -
Congratulations! What’s your plan going forwards?!1

My plan is to weigh EVERYDAY. Any time I weigh more than 4 lbs. up (203), it's back to full blown diet mode until I'm back under 200. I'm going to try to maintain at about 1800 calories per day to start, with 60 minutes of exercise daily. If I continue to drop weight, I'll up my caloric intake by 100 calories per day, for a weeks duration. Then see if any further adjustments are necessary.7

Congrats on your success, but 1800 calories before exercise is most likely in deficit mode for you. I'm 6'1" and 195 right now and I consume 1860 plus eating back all my exercise calories, and am losing 1/2 to 1 lb a week. When I hit my goal of 180, my maintenance is around 2300-2500 calories before exercise1 -
That's why I'll keep re-evaluating and upping the calories as needed. I just didn't wanna start too high and have to continue adjusting DOWN until my weight levels off. It shouldn't take too many weeks to get it figured out. Thanks!5
