Hi all. New here on the site. I am taking back control of my weight starting this month(December 2019). I had Gastric Bypass in October 2016 loosing 100 lbs. fast, resulting in lots of loose skin, bad health due to malnutrition and weak muscles. In the past 6 months I started having an insatiable appetite and eating without sadation. I have gained 20 lbs. I seen MFP and it clicked. I have decided to take control of my health slowly one day at a time keeping track of my progress by documenting and making goals.
