Correcting the food associated with a UPC

How do I go about correcting the UPC for a food product?
For example, a couple of the UPC codes for Sated's meal replacement shakes are confused between the powdered and ready-to-drink SKUs. The two SKUs never shared the same UPC codes, yet scanning the ready-to-drink variant brings up the powdered variant.
I have a complete list of all UPC codes for their products and SKUs, and their team assures me the UPC codes were never reused across SKUs, so I know what UPC codes should be for each SKU. I just don't know where to go in order to put the authoritative information in place.
