Hi just thought this was a good place to set a daily goal. I’m 51 and I lost 50 lbs by 50. I’ve since gained 15 back. Yikes. Trying not to hate myself too much. New goal 25 by 52. Today’s goal record all food here. I’m gonna try setting a goal every day and post it here to keep me honest. Hahahaha I doubt anyone is listening but I’m hoping it works as a tool for me. Have a beautiful day all.

  • I’ll join (if I can make way back here tomorrow-I’m fairly new to this format). I’m 48 and at one of the highest weights (except ~2 weeks ago when I started this again per doctors advice). My long term goal is to manage blood pressure without drugs if I can. I go back in a little over a week to see if I need meds. It’s been slowly going down since Dr visit and me logging food for ~2 weeks, cross your fingers.

    Goal today- get some steps in this am and record food. Again, I’ll try to post a small goal here everyday too.
  • Goal- keep sodium in check (I’m out of town, so there will be eating out and last minute decisions).
    Water!

    That’s it- all for today

    (I will drink my spinach fruit smoothie- I packed it)
