6 weeks into battle...!

So folks tomorrow will be day 35!! Somehow... I’ve managed to be strict with the deficits (only gone over once... slightly)

That’s not been easy, even tonight been to a desert place with the kids and having a bottle of water when they’re having cookie dough and ice cream is quite simply no fun but I’m zoned in to the end goal - I must be!

I’ve shedded 14lbs in 5 weeks at a rate of 2.8lbs per which I’m happy with - all know know me have commented on my loss and I’ve even had to put an extra notch in my belt as my jeans were slipping 🤣

Do I feel great, yes and no! I love my food, it makes life pleasurable and not having that is depressing but in my mind... the benefits of losing ‘fat’ currently outweigh all else.

For those who post about depressive tendencies... dieting must be 100% harder.

So my only advice is to talk about it... even if on here, venting definitely helps.

Sorry if this is a pointless post but I just wanted to air my thoughts... thanks to whoever bothers reading!

Can I shed another 14lbs in the next 5 weeks... let’s see!! 🙏🏽
