Im confused by the water intake part on the food diary, how many mls of water is 1 cup?.

    I just eyeball it - I drink a glass of water I add a cup... it doesn't add up to anything anyway...

    approximately 250 ml

    Roughly 237 ml in a cup. 1 cup is 8 ounces, and 8 US ounces = 236.588237 ml.
