Needing ideas for motivation in the menopause!

I’m at a bit of an impasse here. I’ve always exercised - running/gym but this last 12 months I’m struggling. Put 14lbs on and my heads telling me ‘what’s the point’. I need a boot up the backside but can’t find an effective one! I need direction. Can’t afford PT so thinking an app that suggests gym workouts. What are your thoughts? Would love to hear anyone else’s success stories/solutions.
