Walk to Run 1 Mile in 30 Days

The Challenge is to walk everyday and progressively increase the intensity through intervals of walking, brisk walking, power walking, jogging and running for a minimum of 30 second intervals until running 1 mile nonstop within 30 days.

Commit to no excuses. Even late night and 2 AM walks if need be. Log your daily progress, weekly Saturday weigh ins (optional) and celebrate your victories along the way.

I love you guys... let's do the impossible and put the naysayers in their place. They said that you couldn't do it but look at you now... and we are gonna make it.
