Tips for Breastfeeding Mom

What are some healthy choices that I can put into my day that are good for breastfeeding moms? Meals and snacks. I mainly drink water, but drinks are welcome too.

Or a green smoothie (spinach, apple, bit of banana, cucumber, romaine lettuce - has more nutrients than some other type -, bit of celery if you like it. Some people put kiwi in. I find it needs a slug of water or water & apple juice to make it less thick). Some people add nut butter to theirs too.1

Be mindful that a baby's food preferences are affected by the tastes it becomes accustomed to through breast milk.
If you don't want to have a child who is a picky eater, get lots of variety and plenty of veg.
