Greetings MFPers! About 6 years ago I used MFP to help me lose 96 pounds in around a year. Unfortunately, after some life changes, I lose control and went back to my old habits and in no time I was back where I started. Lesson learned I guess, but now I am back to give it another go! I am going to Puerto Rico in April 2020 and need to lose around 35 pounds by then at least in order to do many of the activities I want to do while on vacation. I want to go parasailing (max weight limit of 275lbs), go on Jet Skiing tours of islands (also max weight limit of 275lbs), zip lining the Monster (270lb max weight), and so on and so fourth. So, I need to start NOW so that come April, I can have the adventurous vacation I want. Back to the daily grind of weight loss. Going to go at it the same way I did the first time and found mega success. If you want to follow me on this journey and/or share support in each others journey's, please feel free to send a friend request. You're not in this alone and hopefully neither am I. Working a weird, modified schedule is going to make it a little tougher, but I just need to determine a routine that will work well with my work schedule. Let's take this journey together, shall we!!! Here we go!!!!!!!!!
