Vegan and weightloss

Anyone here have any great ideas to lose weight on a vegan diet!?

    Eat low on the calorie density scale. Cut out processed foods, breads with little nutritional value, oils, high sugar and overly salty foods. Look up Dr. McDougall’s Maximum Weight Loss program. Dr. Fuhrman has a weight loss program too but I was always hungry on it despite it having healthy fats. McDougall emphasizes high whole food carbohydrates and very low fat. I find it very satisfying. All our bodies are different however. I weigh and measure all my food and track everything I put into my mouth. 62 lbs down, 15 to go, 68 years old and on no meds.
