Back at in

So I’m back at this. My twins turned 1 and I would be glad to get back to my pre pregnancy weight which that means I need to loose 20 pounds😮
Lately I have been feeling down and in the mirror I see and feel shirts are becoming tighter 😫 over the last month I have moved into a new house and have gained 8 pounds since then 🤦🏻‍♀️
Tonight I got on the treadmill which I haven’t used in about 3 years because I ran out of space for it at the old house. I walked at a fast pace and a tiny incline and I felt like I was going to die.. baby steps I guess. I have never been omrhus our of shape before so I need to start fixing thins even before the new year.
Anybody want to join/help me?!
