Way over on cholesterol

Today I've done pretty well with food, but I noticed I'm WAY over on my cholesterol. My daily goal is 300, but so far I've had 515, leaving me with going over by 215 (is it mg?). The only sources of cholesterol were 2 scrambled eggs with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, and 4 thin slices of boar's head oven roasted turkey breast. These seems like a huge amount to go over. I'm well aware that eggs are full of cholesterol, but is this just way too much cholesterol? Maybe I should have just gone with 1 egg? I guess my main focus has been choosing good proteins, and limiting calories, carbs, and sugars. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!
