    Stop eating gluten I guess?

On a more serious note: Why?

The obvious answer :) I'm just exploring my options and collecting real life experiences before attempting anything.

It just makes no sense - you don't need to limit food choices in life - if you really WANT to, sure go ahead but if its because you've read or heard something, it is non-sense.

I'm on day 5 of gluten free. I have Fibromyalgia and migraines and I read that sometimes there can be a connection with gluten. My physician also said that it helps some people. So, that is why I am giving it up for at least 2 weeks. The easiest way to go without gluten is clean eating. Meat, veggies and fruit are all gluten free. When adding any processed food, you really have to read the labels closely. There are a lot of resources on-line that are helpful. Good luck!:flowerforyou:

If you suspect that you are intolerant to gluten, then of course cutting out gluten is a good idea to see if you feel better. Most packaged foods are now marked gluten free (if they are) or that they contain gluten so it's not that hard really to stop eating gluten. Otherwise, I agree, there's no point limiting yourself if you don't have to.

I find I feel better if I don't consume wheat, but most other gluten sources I'm fine with.
