Up and running for a beginner.

That's how I started, back in '12... a mile a day. Didn't run it, I'm into hiking instead, but still, a mile a day is how I started. Now? I put in anywhere from 30-45 miles a week, would be more but my hiking buddy has a bad shoulder now, so she can't keep to the long hikes most days (my partner is one of my dogs). But it's a great place to start, I wish you all the best in your new exercise routine!0
