31 lbs down- 6 month progress pics

I wasn't sure I would ever be at a point where I'm comfortable sharing my progress pics but here it goes. I started my journey in February and tomorrow marks 6 months. Today I completed a 5k running program and I ran 3 miles in 38 minutes. Six months ago I could hardly walk around the block without huffing and puffing and being uncomfortable. I never thought I'd be able to run a mile, let alone 3. My first 5k is on Sept.14 and I am so excited about it!

I have lost 31 lbs and a lot of inches. The measurements and monthly progress pics show more than the scale. I'm so glad I started doing them. I obviously have a long way to go but it no longer seems out of reach. I feel like I'm doing it. I love not having to shop at plus sized stores.

Here are my pics. The pics on the left were taken on February 20. The ones on the left were taken about a week ago.
