Diet doctor (keto) bun recipe help
Has anyone tried the diet doctor buns? (https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/the-keto-bread)
I’ve made them a few times, the first time they didn’t rise properly -fixed that issue but they just never seem to have the right texture. The outsides are nice and crispy but even tho the insides have the bubble holes and are cooked through they still have a chewy/spongey texture.
Just wondering if I’m doing something wrong or if that’s how they turn out for everybody?
Edited to add: I’ve tried roasting them and that doesn’t really help.

Sorry, I haven't tried that exact recipe but if it uses an egg as its main ingredient then it will turn out "eggy" like so many other recipes.
