    What will you keep doing in 2020? Eating right, losing weight and working out! I plan to be 52/53 kg by the end of next year and maintain. Also for fitness I have specific goals for push ups, plank time, etc.

    What will you stop doing? Finishing bags of chips in a day. Putting off my work out for some silly excuse.

    How will you keep yourself accountable? I plan to use MFP including the challenges and time bound weight loss goal threads for accountability. I also have a few girlfriends IRL to whom I announce my plans in advance so that they will call me out if I don’t follow through. Most importantly, I will hold myself accountable with daily weighing and a promise to myself to be the best I can be.

    Curious, what are your goals?

    I plan on continuing what I'm doing- biking, elliptical, and weights plus keep improving my diet and maintaining my weight. I tried an app workout tonight and it was pretty fun, I want to keep fitness interesting!

    I'll stop doubting myself and feeling like it was to be all-or-nothing.

    I'll hold myself accountable through MFP logging, groups, and friends.
