Hi everyone on lithium and clopixol struggling to lose weight help.

I have been using mfp on and off for almost a year. Basically long story short; I used to weight around 114kg in 2014 lost 20 kg in 2015 (95kg). I was on olanzapine between 2013-2014 high dosage) I decided to go on a paleo diet in January 2015 with moderate exercise Somehow I lost 20 kg in less than 6 months. Back in April 2016 I was admitted into hospital with a mental breakdown. My consultant then prescribed me lithium 800 mg daily and clopixol 400 monthly depot. I have been on that medication since april 2016 till now. Guess my current weight?

From 95kg to 122kg :'(

Can anyone help me lose weight. I feel heavier then ever. None of my clothes fit me anymore.

I feel hungry and crave for carbs and snacks midnight

Please help!

    Sorry I don't know about those medications. Can you reach out to your medical team?There might be other options, or an appetite suppressant that they usually pair with them...

    I'm on 1200-1600mg/day of lithium and dont have much issue losing weight as long as I watch portions. I'd look into replacing the other one perhaps.
