Loving a new meal replacement shake

I just received my order of ideal shape meal replacement shake today and had one hours ago and I am still not hungry and it did taste good. I mixed it in my Vitamix with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk for a total of 150 calories.

I never believed it would be that feeling and taste that good and more surprisingly that it would keep me full for hours.

First time ever trying it or almond milk and have to give an A+ to both especially from the chocolate sugar crazy person I am.

I do not feel deprived of sugar or sweets and only had 1 gram of sugar. Seems too good to be true.

Maybe I will be able to get some weight off.
