I have been on this journey for 7 years now and I have come to realize that most of the people around me dont understand what I plan to achieve. I love them, but when it comes to fitness and nutrition they are not very supportive.

I want to make friends on this app and on social media to create a positive support system in this journey that I am on. Eventually everyone in my life will catch on and tell me what I am doing. I wont have to tell anyone anything. They're going to tell me.
