I never post on things like this but i have been looking for inspiration it keep going as Iām so close to my goal Ive started slacking š 158ibs In just under a year

I struggled close to goal too, it's a weird time as you're used to losing and it's weird to slow down and actually be approaching the end game! For me focusing on non scale goals helped things. In specific setting fitness goals helped a lot and thinking of what I want to accomplish in the next month makes it clearer in my head. Finding some new recipes to try inspired me as well and helped boost my mood enough at the time. I also like trying new foods, especially produce I've either never tried or cooked with before. Check out the Success Stories forum. Also, if it hasn't sunk in where you're at with your weight loss take the time to appreciate all you've accomplished and gained from your changes.
