Hello Everyone,
I have been following a Keto diet plan for the past year and have lost 110 lbs so far. I was eating 1200 calories and <23g of carbs per day. I recently added strength training in addition to my cardio training so upped my calorie intake to 1,500 per day. I weight and portion out my food and keep a food journal in the app so I know my diet is on point.
Over the last 7 days I have gained 1 lbs a day to where I am now 7 lbs up over the week...How is this happening? Any help, advice or insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

Weight training is causing your body to retain water for muscle repair. It is completely natural and necessary. It may take a couple of weeks to return to normal.

Unless you ate an extra 3500 calories a day it's just water weight from the diet change.0
