So I had a rough week. Went back to work (I teach) so I didn't exercise as much and I sure as heck didn't eat well for 4 days. I'm up 4 lbs that I had lost. Please tell me it's only a temporary gain and there's no way one can gain 4 lbs in less than a week

Sodium, water retention from repairing muscles, water settling in fat at the end of the day... all sorts of things. If you can count that you didn't eat over 14000 calories for the week, it's HIGHLY doubtful that the 4 lbs is gonna hang around. ;)

I'm having a rough week too. Lunch out with work went well (salad'd it!), but dessert was too much to pass up, and I MURDERED that plate. It happens!

LOL can never pass up the dessert plate!!!! I love them way too much :-)

Probably didn't help that my net carb intake doubled this week. After doing 2 yrs of ultra low carb, I've been good about slowly upping my carbs each week the last month but went overboard this last week. Whoops
