So over the last year I went from 287 down to 157 and these last few months I haven’t been able to get back down to 157 I’m bouncing from 161-166 granted sometimes I eat. A little more than I should probably but I did so good I’ve been strength training last week 5 days and so far this week 2 days should I do more cardio ?? Should I not strength train 5 day’s a week ?? I need to lose 20 more pounds and I’m trying to lose more before my wedding in June so scared I’m gonna gain my weight back .... help please
