My introduction

I’ve been wanting to lose weight ever since August of 2017. Unfortunately, I’ve gained almost 40 pounds over the last two years. I don’t look like I am 191 pounds, because I wear hoodies or clothing that makes me look skinner. However, I’m TIRED of it. I want to be able to wear a crop top and feel free. I want to wear a dress and see little to no belly flab. I want the muffin top to disappear for good. I want to lose 60+ pounds over the course of the next year. Hopefully, I’ll be able to lost 50 pounds by June. I am currently doing a sport (basketball) and and trying to exercise 5 times a day. I’ve never had a problem exercising, but my diet sucks. I love candy. I love Skittles and Tic-Tacs and soda. It’s going to be hard, taking that all away. But I need to learn how to eat in moderation and how to live a healthy life.
