Hello everyone,
I am new here and am looking for friends and a group to keep myself motivated to workout at least 5 days per week.
My goal is to get lean and to lose a minimum of 10kg (currently 11kg over my standard weight).
So any recommendations how it works here or what groups to join would be much appreciated.
