Fitness, My scale & My Mindset

It all began when I was tired of being fat and unhappy. So I wrote “I am enough” on the scale, threw it out and began loving me for me.
Since then without diets, calorie counting, deprivation or starvation I have lost all the weight I wanted and I am at an all time low of 15% body fat (something in my wildest dreams I never thought I could achieve) especially after being the fat girl most of my life.
My goal was never to be skinny but fierce, courageous and strong af.
Now as I continue on my journey, that is my goal and why I’m here to be stronger than I have ever been and document my journey. Hopefully inspire others not to give up and realize how amazing they truly are.
I truly believe that weight loss and a healthy fitness journey begins with a positive mindset, gratitude and loving who we are,no matter where we are in that journey.
Cheers to all of us out there trying to be better than we were yesterday. We are f*cking extraordinary, always remember that💜
Grateful for each of you doing the work, X Nancy
