Anti-depressant discontinuation and weight-loss

I'm discontinuing Zoloft after having been on it for 7 months (and was switched from Celexa which I had been on for 20 years). I've had a weight-loss plateau during that same time of tapering down. Could it be from the Zoloft discontinuation or is it coincidence and if it's from discontinuation, how long after I totally get off it will I lose the weight?
