Hi, just introducing myself

Hi, I’m Brandon. I’m new on here. I’m 207 right now trying to cut down to 180 with exercise and diet. Been at it for a week now and lose a couple pounds. How are all you doing?

    [yeah I enjoy using this app too. My Apple Watch is helping to keeping track of my activity. Keeps me motivated. Down 2 pounds in the first week

    One day at a time! I use my apple watch too but it doesn't sync well with MFP. I found that if you go through Pacer it merges the apple watch data better with MFP.
