Healing Body One Step at a Time!

Hello, MyFitness Pal Community,
It's been a long road to finding some key puzzle pieces of a deteriorating health problem that was plaguing me for over the last +3 years. Thanks to a wonderful Functional Medicine Doctor I am able to have some relief knowing I was possibly misdiagnosed with an AutoImmune Disease - Ulcerative Colitis (UC). Found out I have been living with two parasites possibly more that have mimicked the same symptoms as UC for over a long time. Also, I just found out that I have been exposed to mold and have mold toxicity along with parasite diagnoses. Starting protocol to heal from these diagnoses and begin to have my body back and healthy is the ultimate goal. Due to parasite and mold toxicity I am on a limited diet, Autoimmune Protocol Paleo Diet, to heal. As I get stronger and get my health back I would like to slowly gain muscle mass and strength. Any tips and advice on building muscle mass and strength would be greatly appreciated as I begin the journey to heal my body one step at a time. It took +3 years to find out what was wrong, and I know it will be along the way to recovery, but I look forward to connecting and learning how to have the optimum body inside and out.
