Hello new to MFP

My name is Diane from Minnesota. It's cold here so you really don't want to go outside to exercise! I just started counting carbs on 12/18/19. I am afraid of becoming a diabetic because of my love for all things that involve worthless white carbs. Man I love them but this has to stop so here I am!
