Hi!
Hoping someone can help. I’m having problems visualising what I’d look like at a lower weight.
Could anyone show me what 140-150lb looks like when 5’4”/5’5” (diet only preferably as exercise isn’t much of an option)?
If you have before and afters it’d be great.
I get to a certain point and stall.

Mybodygallery.com is a great resource. It will show you how different people look at the same weigh and height.6

Hey there! I'm 5'5" and began my WLJ at 215lbs. Currently I'm at 155ish but at my lowest I was ~145. Here are two shots I posted on my instagram (when I used it, lol.) I do exercise though so this was not just diet, but I didn't lift at this time so it was just cardio to create a larger deficit.

Not sure my weight here. I go between 135 -142 depending on training. But I work out a lot. Diet is decent but I eat a pizza every now and then. (I regularly wear work out gear under clothes since sometimes my only option is to run at work...)1 -
I had troubles visualizing my goal weight and because I didn’t have pictures of my highest weight I got the app My Model to help me see where I came from and where I want to be.
