100 days of 100 (your choice) in 2020

Hi All,

Anyone want to join me doing 100 of something every day for 100 days in 2020. I’ll be doing push-ups.

I find focussing on one thing really helps me get it done and I can see progress.

April 9 is 100 days into 2020.

I’m aiming for 100 push-ups per day. At the moment, I can manage 25 at one go, so I’ll be doing 100 spaces during the day and hope by April 9 to be able to do 100 in one rep. So whatever other workout I do, I’ll be doing 100 push-ups daily for 100 days. 💪💪💪

    Ok I like this challenge. I choose 100 lunges per day but will vary them in style weekly. I was thinking of squats but that would be too close to what I already accomplish.

    I'm game for this too, just started a new workout and I'll shoot for 100 reps a day of each exercise.

    I've never taken before and after photos before. (Cringe).

    So this time I I will.

    And measurements.

    I really want to see a big difference in strength and in appearance.
