I’ve seen ads. I’m not inclined to try it since the premise of the ads is that the wheel does a great job popping bubble wrap. I don’t know what connection that has to human anatomy.
It’s entirely possible the wheel is a miracle cure that the world just hasn’t bought into yet. But it’s awfully expensive if it’s just really good at popping bubble wrap.0 -
The story is that it is supposed to strengthen and lengthen the spine. Can take the place of a myofacial massage so to speak.
Seems kind of pricey to me. And I watched the video a few times, and what struck me was gee they never mentioned that people could line up wrong, slip off it and so on. All these people tried once and was like this is the best ever.
I admit I am a bit of a klutz at times, and feel much safer using my foam roller, or getting a massage. And working with my PT on how to work spine area. I just do not see this being picked up like foam rollers are. Just my two cents is all.0
