What are the requirements for it to be a "clean bulk" recipe? What can't it have?0 -
Just like losing weight involves losing fat AND some muscle, gaining weight (you'd have to if you're trying to make muscle bigger) involves adding fat as well. You CANNOT dictate where the fat stores. That's all based on genetics. And whether it's junk food or "clean food", a surplus of calories gets stored regardless.

The kinds of foods you eat are not going to affect whether you gain fat, and where that fat is stored.
You'll almost certainly gain some fat on a bulk (calorie surplus). To minimize the amount of fat you gain relative to muscle, keep your calorie surplus small, engage in a progressive resistance program (weight training), and get plenty of protein.
Your genetics will determine where your body stores whatever fat you add during your bulk.2
