Hello I'm looking for some friends that are needing to get back on track with everything I will be doing that come the first of the year. I workout 2.5 hours a day before work Monday-Friday I've been on a tough weight loss journey for 2 years and I was doing great than my father became ill and ended up passing away and i turned to stress eating.
