2020 New year resolutions and what you have done in 2019
my new year resolutions:
1) to lose my food belly tummy , its so huge people thought I was pregnant and automatically gave up seats for me on buses, trains , tubes
2)To make time to exercise 15min daily (for anxiety tendency)
3) remember not to hunch, smile more. I feel bored in my daily life, but this can be solved by:
4) having more gratitude
5) try to get a small side income like tuition or something. Start small, doesnt need to be big. or start something which I feel engaged doing. have more time to live life where I am engaged my interests are not just mindlessly working for money
i am grateful in 2019:
1) I finally had time to do extensive renovations on the house I bought and am moving in soon in the new decade!
2) next year should be a year of less business travel and work. I like business travelling and enjoy it but it is also 2x or more the amount of regular work if you're not travelling and sat at a desk
3) located anxiety and depression root cause- lack of quality sleep, lack exercise. Now better because consistently monitoring my exercise and sleep
