Newbie here. My name is Stephanie and I'm 32 years old. I'm 5'2 and my starting weight is 175😖....been overweight my entire life, most of my family has been as well, with the exception of my mother. She's one of my biggest inspirations for getting things under control. She died at 33 of a massive heart attack ( I was only 10). She wasn't overweight but had high blood pressure and cholesterol plus she smoked....she just didn't take care of her health like she should have and I don't want that to be the legacy I leave behind for my son. So today is the day I decided to make a change. My first goal is to hit 160 by Feb 2, 2020 (MY 33rd Bday). I know it's not going to be easy, but its definitely going to be worth it. Looking forward to the positive support that I hope comes with this and seeing everyone's progress and success stories!!!!
