Just wanted to officially Introduce myself, I'm Zach, 26 from New Zealand.
Been doing this for about 48 days and have lost 4kg so far. Started at 149 and am now sitting about 145.
I cycle 11 to 15km every morning on an exercise bike and then am doing weights as well and slowly putting more reps and distance in. I normally log about 1600 to 1900 Cal a day.
I find my body isn't wanting to go below 145 though and I'm guessing it's cause I'm putting on muscle as I go. Or because I changed scales halfway through, woke up one day and they told me I'd lost 10 kg overnight... So they had to go.
