I'm looking for a "cheat sheet" for the south beach diet phase 1. Something simple, the one from th SBD website is too busy for me. Any help is greatly appreciated

1) No carbs for the first two weeks. Eat this: seafood, skinless poultry, lean beef and soy products.
2) Also eat high-fiber vegetables, low-fat dairy, avocados, nuts, and seeds.1
