In Training

Hi everyone.

I decided to join the site after I came across one of the threads on Google and thought this seemed like a cool community.

I've been in training for about the last 8 months and already dropped around 42lbs. I want to shift the last 20lbs in the next 8 weeks as I'm joining the RAF.

My fitness is probably the best it's ever been, running a 1.5 mile in 10m50s, and overall greater increase in strength as I've been going to the gym and lifting weights.

I've been keeping track of my body weight abilities to measure increase in strength, by seeing how many reps I can do in 1 minute.

Pushups currently at 42 in a minute - aiming for 50 in the next 8 weeks.
Situps currently at 29 in a minute - aiming for 35 in the next 8 weeks.
Pullups currently at 15 in a minute - aiming for 25 in the next 8 weeks.
