Back at it again after Christmas

So I've fallen off the horse over the Christmas period but now it's no longer Christmas so back to it, would love some more people to chat and help with motivation to get us setup and for the new year. Hmu and let's see 2020 in already beating it.

    I regained some too over the holiday, I think it is a good sign that we got right back to it..instead of waiting until the new year to turn things around.

    It is these decisions; like not putting off starting my healthy eating again - that makes me know I'll have this weight off in no time and I won't be making excuses and delaying.

    You sound motivated, just get back to it! You're definitely not alone at overdoing it this holiday, today's my first day back on track after three days of being at least 1000 calories over. It actually felt comforting to eat my lunch salad and get in a good workout after 2 days of no workouts. It wasn't easy to start moving but like most days once I did I was into it and glad I did it.
