Dedicated to NO MORE yo-yo dieting!!!

My name is Heather and for all of my life it has felt like I have been on some kind of diet. I have gone through times where I lose weight, but then I seem to gain it back and then some. I have dealt with depression and boredom eating which have both contributed to my ever increasing size. After some serious self reflection and a shocking number on the scale, I know that this needs to be more than a diet. I need to change my lifestyle for my health so I do not gain health problems in the future. So far I have lost 7 pounds and that not be much considering the amount I want to lose, but it is a start and it is a healthy start!

Considering all of my past experiences with "dieting" I know that I can do it! I just need to make this new way of eating and exercise to be a part of my lifestyle and NOT something that I will only do until I reach my goal :)
